Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at SamHandmakes. Below you will find the details of our Shipping Policy.

1. Delivery Times

We work hard to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Our estimated delivery time is approximately 7–12 business days from the date of shipment.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Occasionally, shipments may experience delays due to unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, postal transit delays, extreme weather conditions, or peak holiday seasons. We appreciate your patience in these situations.

2. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may take slightly longer, and we will notify you via email if a significant delay is expected.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24–48 hours of dispatch, allowing you to follow your package until it arrives.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

SamHandmakes is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, import duties, local taxes, etc.).

5. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. SamHandmakes is not liable for packages that are lost, delayed, or returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
