Refund policy

1. Return Window

  • EU & UK Customers: You have the statutory right to return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your package, without giving any reason.

  • Rest of the World: We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers).

  • Personal care and hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, opened cosmetics).

  • Digital downloads and gift cards.

4. Return Process & Costs

To start a return, contact us at Samhandmakes2@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return address. Items sent back without prior request will not be accepted.

Note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue. In these cases, we cover the return costs.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 14 days.
